It happened from 1/22/2018. It was just disconnected for about 5 sec, and go back to normal.
Is there anybody else have the same issue? Or anybody knows why this happens?
Thanks.

Hey there, sorry to hear you are having issues with connectivity to the internet.
When you notice the connection drop, have you observed the router to see if the lights are different?
How is your affected device(s) connected to the router?

Check your router's logs, and check to see if the outages correspond to a DHCP Renewal. 5 seconds sounds like a blip related to the renewal of your router's IP Address on the Internet.

Same happens to me and Verizon does not care!
This is a waste of money and I'm going to switch Comcast!
That is the only solution I came up with. Not that Comcast has better service, but at least the internet works when you need to use it.
It's a pity that a company this big can't even answer the phone to try to solve this issue.
Good luck all of you out there with this problem, it isn't going away!

You could use @verizonsupport on twitter or try using the Fios app.
sometimes you have to realize that when calling the number 1 rated internet service we are not the only customers so either call early in the morning like I normally did in the past. 8 am EDT and before 5 pm EDT and I received great and fast service.
