Paid for 75MB, all broadband test resulted in less than 10MB download and upload speed. Spoke with several verizon helper and the most useful help was 'have you tried restarting your modem/routers'. They slowed me down right after the 2 years mark and even after renewal I am guessing they forgot to speed me back up so now I am paying loads of money for an internet connection that's slower than my phone while wired in with the verizon modem.... sigh....

Call 1-800-VERIZON
ask them to provision you properly and to also reset your ONT and router and then try it and see if it works.

Have you run a test using a wired connection from pc to speedtest.verizon.net?
If so, and you are getting poor performance, then you can use that data to get support to investigate.
They will not accept tests from any other sites nor via wifi.
Or if you happen to not be using their router.
