I redeemed my points for $10 Starbucks gift card on 04/24/2019. Received an email informing that typically it takes at least 30 days from the redemption date to the gift card to arrive. However, today is 06/12/2019 and I haven't received it. Tried to find a solution on the online chat three times but didn't work, also called the 1.866.948.2725 which does not work. It just informs you that the program ended on May 30th and hang up. They gave me another two numbers that does not work. I wonder how I can get the gift card that I redeemed with my points?
