My Verizon Site Home Network Encryption Alert Defect

The "My Verizon" home page currently displays a "Home Network Encryption Alert" dialog.

I have confirmed that my home network encryption is currently WPA2 and that the router is properly recognized by My Verzion.

The "Advanced Security Settings" on the FiOS Quantum Gateway confirms that WPA2 is the current setting.

Therefore, it appears that the "My Verizon" website is generating the WPA2 alert incorrectly.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention User034249. We definitely want to make sure this is taken care of. Could you tell when you began receiving this Encryption alert message?

I cannot recall if I first saw this alert on April 16th or the 17th. I was not getting the alert any earlier than a day or two before it was reported here.

@Verizon_Support, the warning is still being generated incorrectly as of April 27, 2015 9:13 AM ET. Do you need more information to assist with debugging this problem? When do you estimate the issue will be resolved?
