About a month a ago my Verizon home page stoppedfunctioning on my home network. Everything else works just fine. Even in other browsers it will not load. I've only had access to my email through my iphone. I did the online help and their solution was to disable my Nortons internet browser protection, in which case that only worked once. I still have no access from my home network. Any suggestions?

Have you tried clearing all of your cookies and temp. internet files?
You could also download either ccleaner or glary utilties which are both free, run a scan, clean things up and see if that fixes it.

^^^ good ideas, Also scan your machine in safemode for any malware (Malwarebytes is an excellent free program). IF all this fails and you are running windows- create a new user from control panel and test with it.
Also try this link for direct email access https://mail.verizon.com/webmail/driver?nimlet=showmessages&view=emails

I find the best way to check if it is a browser issue (which it almost always is) is to download and run another web browswer such as google chrome or firefox etc. You can also try upgrading your internet explorer to the latest version if you haven't already. I think what you are meaning to say is that your browser is not loading the webpage, not the webpage loading the browser (that would be weird if it could do that)
My recommended approach is to start the browser the user is currently running without any add-ons. My experience is that a new or updated add-on is most often the cause of problems with web pages not loading correctly. All of the popular browsers include some easy to use mechanism to start the browser without any add-ons, so it is simple and quick to try this out.
If that fixes the problem, then the challenge is to figure out which add-on is causing the problem; usually there are some add-ons that are obviously not causing the problem, so add those back in first and check to make sure, then start adding one back at a time until the add-on causing the problem is loaded, then either stop using that add-on or see if there is a newer version that might work correctly with the site(s) having problems.
