My bill went up $20, want a service rollback

I upgraded to the 50/25 internet package, which has been utterly disappointing I will add, and my bill shot up $20.  Everything before I changed it said it would cost $5 more for 12 months.  It certainly isn't worth $20 a month and I doubt even $5 to be honest so I want my previous service and bill restored.  I didn't have any discounts or offers expire, the $20 jump is outrageous and completely unjustified.
