The bill doesn’t show any extra reason why it’s $5 more. Looks like everything is layed out pretty clear.

Except you don’t say actually what plan you have.

internet only, or internet and tv, or internet and tv and phone.

it could be for taxes or surcharges or even a discount that fell off. I cannot say for certain. Look at your total expanded invoice and it should show what is going on.
