Hi, I've been requesting Verizon to set-up internet for over a month and all customer service does is put me thru loops contacting the regular customer service line. I have tried requesting service thru the notifications portal and reached out to customer service to put a ticket in but it's taking way too long and I need to move into my home ASAP. I've confirmed the Condo right next to me have connection to Fios as well as other new construction homes on the same block. Can someone please tell me how i can connect to an enginner to escalate this issue?
