Same issue here.
Was going to work from home... now in the office ;(
It is network, how hard is it to put a new router?
Also, should not a company like Verizon have a D/R plan and at least have secondary circuits (may be lower bandwidth) but keep
customers connected?
I had never had issues with comcast. Can't beleive I switched!!!!!!!!

My wife has just reported that Internet is working again!
So they have fixed it finally but it took way longer then is supposed to be. That's exactly what I was worried about when we were switching from Comcast. Comcast wasn't great either: once in a while we had no TV/Internet - usually it was happening on weekends. However did claim high customer satisfaction like Verizon who does that all the time.

my internet is back up, has been since about 10 am this morning.
