NORTHEAST NJ SLOW FIOS INTERNET 8pm-12:30AM HELP ME !

Hi , I've had fios 35/35 for the past 2 months, and about 2 weeks ago, My internet always EVERYDAY !! goes slow at 8pm-12:30am I have spoke to the tech dept and they haven't helped at all , they have sent me a new modem, reset my ONT , gave me a new IP address, and they have done all the tweaks even the fios optimizer which doesnt help at all... and I am sick and tired of this it seems like no one at the tech dept can help... tech guy came today to my house to give me a new gigabit modem and also switched out one of the splitters i had for my modem/tv and still nothing same thing lag from 8pm-12:30am PLEASE HELP!!!!

Would you happen to know what model ONT you have? I'd like to find out if you're on BPON or GPON.

Also, the link between Hops 2 and 3 needs to be fixed.

I'm not sure what model I have , the ONT is in my moms room, its white but how can i find the model #, but my internet seems to be fine now , no lag at all tonight, lets hope it stays that way 🙂

Most of the time the model number's on a door that gives you access to the ONT's Telephone test jack. Otherwise it's shown on the outside of the ONT. You could give the brand of ONT it is to give us an idea, too if it states what it is (Like the Motorolas).

Anyways, that's great to hear.
