Up graded, w/ new 2 yr. contract.
Issue:
After install system fail, With No service at all.
Steps taken:
Reported issue:
First two agents did seem to follow screen script. And punt. ( hang up, end conversation, give up, etc. )
We called service 3 times before could get a company agent whom any insight.
Barriers to overcome:
The repair departs back up for 3 days. (If they had an open time slot would call…)
Concern:
Verizon does not have a fast response team?
How the customer feels:
We feel as if we are not a valued customer.
How long have we been loyal customers with Verizon, Cell, internet and TV 11 + yrs.?
Conclusion:
Did get the repose as expected from service call center and or service department, after a upgrade/install.
Time to conceder other options.
