Need to port forward for Skyrim Together.

I'm currently trying to set up a server that I can play with my friends on, but I can't figure out how to correctly port forward. I have the password for my router and I have my ipv4, my subnet mask and DNS servers and default gateway and all that. I can create a port forward, I just need to know what to put in in order to get it to work. If you need any additional info to answer this, I can do my best to supply it.

P.S. I have a Verizon Fios Quantam Gateway Router

Port Forwarding, okay, what ports are you looking to forward?

Let's say you have a website running on a computer's Port 80, and you want the website to be accessible on your router's WAN Port 5000.

The port forwarding rule should be

Source Port [ANY] to Destination Port [5000], forward to [LAN IP]:[80]

The terms like "source" and "destination" are quite confusing. Source means the source from the public Internet, and destination is the WAN interface of your G1100. Then Forward to your server.
