Signed up for a two year contract, Fios 100/100. Was told by a phone rep Netflix will be included for one year, email will be sent in a month with instructions, I complete the order. Now almost two months later I contact their rep and they say Netflix does not apply to my deal. Anyone else got scammed by Verizon in similar fashion? I can't even quit out of principle, since they got me locked in.
