I signed up for Verizon Fios in October and my reward card link never worked. I called Verizon multiple times over this and they said they would manually put me through the system as it was not working for me online and to wait 30 days. Well, 6 months later still nothing. However, on my homepage to my account I still get the message to register for my reward card, this time before April 29, 2019. When I click on the link it says I am ielligible because I waited too long.
I need to have support over email for this as over the phone support leaves my issue unresolved. Anyone know an email I can use for support?
