Why is one of the user names on our two computers being taken to a new home page and email page? When you go off the page it says thanks for using the new Verizon Beta. We never signed up for one of the user IDs to be on a beta page and don't want it. How do we get rid of it? The phone rep doesn't k now how to fix it.
That account is on the new My Verizon 2.0 - Unfortunately, it doesn't look like there is any way to get off of it once you're on it.
At some point, ALL accounts will be moving to 2.0, so at least you have a chance to figure it out first.
Someone over there told me the migration has begun and is being done in waves. That might explain why one account sees it but the other doesn't.
