So... I got Fios yesterday, and I want to ask them how long will it be till they bury the cable they laid across my neighbors driveway, across my lawn to my house.
I've been a cable customer for 20 years and I used to be able to just jump on a chat window to ask a question.
Says Chat is busy? Seems strange to me that I cannot just jump on a chat to ask this very simple question.
Is customer service at Verizon always difficult to contact?
This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
