I had fios installed on June 5th. It's now Sunday June 7th and still not able to activate my Internet service. Have had 4 repair tickets issued so far, all of them expedited. Next promised time to be fixed is 9 pm. I'm not holding my breath. For something I waited 2 years to come to my area I'm greatly disappointed in their service. My installer tried harder than their customer service. Shame is I know have to pay Comcast an extra four days because I didn't cancel them yet. Maybe I should just stick to what I know is working

If you give some details such as what CrobGauth asked for, we may be able to help. Otherwise you have to continue to wait for Verizon regular support to help you. Unfortunately for you support from some departments doesn't exist on weekends, but hopefully is there now.
