Ok I am a new Fios customer. 2 weeks ago I ordered new service which I only got internet and phone. Now I needed to pay a deposit... so not one did I pay one 250.00 deposit... my deposit was taken twice. Then my install date was supposed to be Friday, March 2nd. Allday I was either on the phone on hold for 2 hours!!!!! Then my service did not installed, so then I was told Sunday March 3,2018
and of course no install!! So I called today and was scheduled for Wednesday March 7th after they said they needed to install on March 22nd! So all in all I hope they show on Wednesday. If not I am cancelling since it is not hooked up and getting my deposit back! Oh and I will haven’t received the other one yet. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
