The internet cut out and troubleshooting said going to need more support but they never called. Used the call me thing twice but no one calls after the assigned time. How do I get in contact with support? Red light on the router, reset the fios box and everything.
edit: nevermind, the Verizon number was marked as spam that's why I wasn't getting any calls.

Yeah spam traps work sometimes.
you can call and speak directly to a customer service person at 1-800-VERIZON
no need to wait for a call back.

@can also use twitter (if you have other network comms like cell) @verizonsupport.
I have found them helpful and quite responsive.
That’s also a good advice.
