In-Store or Curbside Pickup:
• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
So a guy shows up at my door on the 7th says I am available for a free fios update, I decline. He says I have to update and it will be at a no bill increase he in fact he said it was 5$ cheaper (I checked my current bill after i signed and his price looks to be 30$ more then what i pay) ..... on top of that the date for install is 9/14/15 (1-5) so i stay home all day no emails no phone calls nothing just a complete waste of time.
I tryed to use live rep help for past hour every time i send an inquery it would say its unavailable now then few minutes later would be opened up with option to again i refuse to call and be on hold for hours at a time so im hopeing their forums offer some help
