Not happy with wiring of my internet

I haven noticed that on several devices that are hardwired to the router that the internet will pause or stop for a brief period of time and messes up the connections in the house.

I checked the wiring and there is one cable that comes from the outside of the house where the verizon box is, and then it is just split about 10million times to the different tvs and rooms etc.

Is there anyway to have a dedicated write from the outside verizon box that goes directly to the router? I dont want to put my router on a wire that has been split some 5 times

Your wiring layout is the standard method used for FiOS installations with TV service.   The VZ Actiontec router is connected by coax to a splitter that itself is fed from the ONT (internal or external).  The splitter, usually an 8-port model, also feeds coax to additional TVs,.  Meanwhile  the Actiontec feeds Cat 5e to your wired computers, as well as a wireless connection to your wireless devices.  In almost all cases, there is no method other than that described, although there are more complex layouts that involve additional devices, routers, etc.

When FiOS was first installed at my home, I asked the same question (see http://forums.verizon.com/t5/FiOS-TV-Technical-Assistance/Router-location-configuration-problem/m-p/...).  I subsequently learned that the layout in your home is correct.;  For additional information, here's a diagram provided by fellow user "Justin":

This diagram dates from 2009, and except for the Cat 5 connection between the ONT and the router and an additional network device, it should resemble your layout quite closely.  The link below shows another version with additional graphics (note additional splitters on the TV leg; experience and electrical calculations indicate no additional benefit):

If your Internet connection is occasionally dropping out, the reasons are unrelated to your coax wiring.  This problem is reported here from time to time, and a quick search should give you some suggestions.  It wouldn't surprise me that other users with additional comments and suggestions soon try to address your issue.
