We received an automated phone call for an in-home repair for our service telling us not to just hang up if we want to confirm that we need the service. After a few minutes we received another call telling us that our repair was reported to be resolved. Please fix this bug, and sorry if this is on the wrong board; I could not find where I could fill out a customer survey.
