Obi200 Setup Problem

I wonder if anyone is able to use an Obi200 on Verizon FIOS via the new G1100 Quantum Gateway router.  I have been unable to set up my Obi200. I hear a dial tone, but attempting to dial **9 222 222 222 only gives me a fast busy signal. When I try to add the Obi200 via the Dashboard process, I get either a fast busy signal or a pause then a recorded message "No service setup error." I have created a DMZ IP address on the router and set the router to assign that address to the Obi200.

For the record, it turns out that my phone handset was set to pulse dialing mode rather than toch tone dialing. Kudos to the Obihai support tam for figuring this out. Seems like I'm working fine now.
