I placed renewal order today. Before placing the order, I took the screenshot of my order cart on my phone which clearly showed inclusion of $200 Samsung discount offer is included. To my surprise, I got order confirmation email stating that I will receive free Google Chromecast Ultra which was not shown in order cart. Email did not mention about Samsung offer. I called customer support. They told me that Samsung offer expired in Sept and redirected me to promotions department. They told me that samsung promotion expired and redirected me back to customer support. I spent 30 minutes on call with no resolution. Looks like there is problem with verizon ordering software. It is showing expired offers. Be careful if you see this offer in your cart, it may not be valid.
