When my wife connects to our network via a wireless connection she uses a VPN back to her head office. I then am unable to connect if with my VPN. Are the FIOS devices designed to POP NAT? Is there a reason why we both cannot use the system at the same time?

#1 What is the brand and model of the router?
#2 Can both VPNs connect, but only one at a time?
#3 OR does one VPN, just not work at all?
If the latter (I believe this means, number 3 above), see as need be:

Sorry for the long delay.
Both VPNs can connect but only one at a time. When one is connected, it works fine. But, both cannot connect.
The router is a Motorola MI424WR.
Thanks.
