• Orders must be placed from 8 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Sat, and Sun before 2 PM (excluding holidays).
• We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held for 3 days from the time it's placed.
• Please bring photo ID and credit/debit card only if used as payment.
• In-Store Pickup is available across the U.S. at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
• Curbside Pickup available at select stores.
• Same-day delivery is available in select areas.
• If same-day delivery is available for your order, you’ll be able to choose that option at checkout.
I have had WiFi since 01/01/2015, and have had this problem ever since then. Finally enough is enough, the wifi is so weak. And I do not live in a big house, its a 2 bedroom 1 floor decent size house. I notice when I am in my room, the connection is terrible (maybe 1 bar on the WIFI icon, 2 if I am lucky, sometimes nothing)
When I am using my cell phone, images, webpages, etc sometimes literally will not load. As soon as I turn off wifi it loads up. I never had this problem with optimum, Please help me figure this out, I am trying to avoud a phone call but this is a waste of a service i am paying for.
