I agree with that with one catch. Do not give out your Origin log-in info (user name and password).

I used google or some other online search engine and found

https://www.origin.com/account

If that is what you meant:

You can not even connect to that server/service ?

You can connect to that server/service but can not log-in ?

How are you trying to log-in to it? For example from a Xbox. This not to say that https://www.origin.com/ supports the Xbox - only an example (assuming something [or somethings] for the purpose of explaning)
