I lost internet access about 30 minutes ago. I tried to do troubleshooting to find and fix the problem but my system was running really slow. I tried to restart my laptop but also was taking a long time. I shut off the laptop and started it again. When I tried to connect to the internet, I had no connections available. I couldn't open Network and Sharing Center.
I shut down my laptop and started it again; my wi-fi icon returned and I was able to connect to my network. I opened Verizon In-Home Agent and a message on the home page said there was an outage in my area. When I tried to view the information, it is not opened. I live in Maryland. Has anyone had any problems?

I ive in AA county and no problems here.

Yes, when this problem occurred previously, the router was resetted.
I just checked In-House Agent again and checked outage information; apparently the issue has been resolved.
