I returned my router (VZPD G1100) and replaced with exact same model, on 9-13-19. Can not get $12 monthly charge removed through normal channels. All of the initial information I received from Verizon rep's prior to replacing router was that there would no issue removing the charge as it has become standard practice. To date, I have received a one time refund but charge is still on my account.
Verizon, please help!!!
