Tech showed up at 0100 Pm instead of 0500 Pm!!!He replaced the ONT,run separate Ground to the ground outlet and change the Location of the ONT!!!So far download speed is ok.after test 10 times and consistence.................

What is the purpose of this? Speed tests aren't going to prove there is an issue on Verizon's side if that's what you are trying to do. People connect to different servers all over and a simple speed test isn't going to prove anything. If you want to see if there is a network issue then tracerroutes would be better to isolate a problem.
