No I am tired of it already!!I have been experiencing Speed problem since Verizon installed Fios on Dec.31.2014 and almost every day I was calling them to fix it

Hello Predator

 

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.

Nothing is done so far,Verizon is biting around the Bush to fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!

Predator, I have the excat same problem.  During the day my speeds are in the 90s at night after 8pm the down load drops to 12,11,23

and uploads can be between 39 and 90

 

 

Hubrisnxs the optimiser thing is not true they tryed to blame my computer,  my speeds in the day are perfect but t at night, they drop like a brick so my computer in the day time is optimized but some how at night the settings change?

 

No I dont think so, I have been on the phone with Verizion for weeks now they know the problem they have said it servral times it is congestion on the ponds card they refuse to move me..

 

Ithey have been promising me call backs from Network supervisors and no one calls they randomly close my tickets then i have to start the process over again

 

I have had special Techs come out after 8pm and see the problem and they were told it wasnt true

 

the only step after all this is Im going to Consumer affirs and the BBB, I have prof they are throdling the speeds down at night

I am having the same issue since the day Fios was installed!!!!but I have to mention one thing its only happened Speedtest in Verizon Network meant other Speedtest like http://www.speedtest.net/ comes out perfect!!!So did you test in other Network besides Verizon?

Also I have Verizon to change external(Not Local) IP Address today to see if it can make any difference...........

Tech no Third coming today even though I knew it will not fix the problem.only thing Verizon can do either give People free upgrade to next Speed or boost the Speed or provision higher than promising Speed.............
