PROBLEMS HOOKING UP 2 XBOXS ON FIOS SYSTEM

I have 2 xbox 360's that i want to hook up on my fios setup with the WESTELL 9100EM modem/router...with my old set up all my xboxs worked perfect...MOTOROLA SURF BOARD and LINKSYS WRT54G...ports forwarded and NO MODERATE NAT PROBLEMS...well on this set up the only way i can even play a game online is to DMZ one of the static ip addresses i setup...while that works for one xbox...the other still stays on MODERATE NAT...i even opened the ports in the router for the xbox itself...still no luck...what do i do?
