I have the parental controls for our Xbox1 to turn off at a certain time every night. My 13 year has figured out way around it. How can I prevent him from doing this every night. I go to check the fios app in the morning and the time I set it to is turned off.
Thanks

Change your Verizon password and router password, it sounds like the little bugger has one of them. The default router password is printed it's label, so if he's read that, he can get in and adjust parental settings. Simply login to the router's web page and change it.
Consider some low tech parenting methods, such as unplugging the XBOX and locking it away for an appropriate period of time.
Good Luck.

Might be related to the same problem I’m having - the app doesn’t recognize any devices as being online, so it doesn’t apply the parental control. I’m having the same problem with time limits and blocked URLs - parental controls are not working at all!

I'm wondering if deleting the app and then adding it again would help with that.
