I read where the DD-WRT firmware doesn't work with MOCA.  Also, does it work with the revision I of the Verizion Actiontec routers?

As of right now that is true. I've heard of some users getting OpenWRT (which DD-WRT is based off of) running on Gen2 and Gen3 ActionTec routers, and some even have MoCa running on them but I'm not really sure what they've done to do that. Build, type of compile and installation method are unknown to me at the moment if that's the case. I posted that merely as a demonstration that it could be done if firmware allowed.

Yes you can.  Get the My Fios App, scroll down to router, and directions are there.  You can set up a separate SSID and password and it can connect up to 100 devices.

Only applicable to Quantum Gateway.

I don't beleive previous versions of ActionTec routers support it.
