Does anyone know how to past URLs or text copied from documents or websites into Verizon webmail?

Mole-
In most text editors, if you already have the string copied, you can just right click in the text box and select 'paste'

I just did it, no problem. To paste requires the use of right-click and click on paste rather than Ctl-V (this is on Windows XP), but other than that works as normal.

i guess that 'little thing' makes a world of difference as far as the 'right-click' function!
Anyway, glad to hear you found out how to do it.
