You will probably have to talk to Verizon. You can use the "contact us" option shown at the bottom of all the Verizon pages, but most likely will need to call them at 1-800-Verizon DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Good luck talking to Verizon, I just spent over two hours about the poor wireless in my house with no real resolution. It is never thier problem, it's always something in your house must be causeing it. bull

Wifi is your issue. Check the speed wired via ethernet cable to the FIOS router and see if you are getting contracted speeds. If it really is a wifi issue recognize that the FIOS router ranges from lousy to average depending upon which model you have. All ISPs are that way, they ship cheap routers. Read the various threads on wifi in this forum and consider buying your own router or access point.
