When i tried to download Flash Player, I got the message that I needed. permission. How do I do this. Can I Disable permission.
Sound like you are logged on to your machine as a non admin user and you need to be logged on as an administrator to install the product.
Start control panel and then user accounts and check the type for your account. If you are classed as an administrator check manage another account and see if there is an admin account on the machine.
