I disconnected my FIOS service on Feb 13, 2016, returned equipment and got 2 final bills with credit amount of $251, still no refund was mailed. Please help. Per the original email I was supposed to get refund check in 60 days from disconnect. Its has been more than 3 months now.

Verizon Fios Is literally theeee worst!!!!! Ive been having problems with my account and they wanted to argue with me about it after the tech that came couldnt even fix it you'll be lucky if you ever see that money I ended up switching to xfinity they are rediculous!!!
