I second the suggestion to turn off wireless or at least change the default password AND to use WPA2.   I would also suggest (because 'the basics' should never be overlooked) running the TCP Optimizer available here on Verizon and\or (the one I prefer, because I am not uploading) the one available at speedguidedotnet.  Smiley Wink
