Poor customer service

Upon losing my phone internet and cable this morning, wasting 45 minutes on the phone with someone who had no.clue while ladders and performed all these crazy troubleshoots and was told that Bonnie the dispatcher said that they were too busy and that they could not get a tec to me. I was also told that a supervisor would call me back because I was on my verizon cell and have not heard back.
