Poor internet service

I have had it with Verizon and I suggest everyone else who is complaining make one demand when you speak to them. I cancelled today. However, I did as them where there were located and was told the Philippines. I then spent three days requesting to speak to someone in the USA and got more help but still terrible internet. I will now start all alls to any customer service asking to be in the USA. VERIZON charges us an arm am leg for service and they pay to have people over seas take their calls to save money. Why are we getting subpar service so they can save money? Disgusting!

Fios is not in the Philippines. Only DSL is.

DSL is what I had. And it's a joke!
