Poor routing to Dallas game servers

I have Verizon FIOS 50/25 in New York and Im getting horendous preformance to Dallas game servers. (Pinging better to West Coast/Eurpoe)

Sorry, that must have been me.  I live in Pennsylvania and was doing some yard work this morning.  There was a big, black cable buried under my new flower bed.  I cut it to make room for my roses.  It must have been New York's link to Dallas.  The internet must be routing around it, so things are a bit slower now.
