Hard to answer without some specifics.

 

What port(s) do you need to forward and/or for what application ?

 

Basics:

 

Setup Destination PC with a Static TCP/IP Address

 

Logon to Actiontec

Select Advanced (Top)

Select Protocols

If pre-defined make sure it meets your needs, if not pre-defined then create new

 

Select Firewall Settings (Top)

Select Port Forwaqrding (Left)

Set up Forwarding Rule
