Is it possible to have Fios Gigabit, but not be able to get TV. I am being told that TV is not available, even though I am a paying subscriber of Gigabit. I am living in a new home, but it is in the same town as my old home, that had fios tv. How can it be TV is not available? I thought interenet and TV ran off the same thing?

TV is a different product that requires a franchise agreement from the local or state government. If Verizon does not have a franchise agreement in your area, they can't sell TV service.

But what if I am in the same town as I was before? Where I had TV at?
Although it is a different zipcode. I am still in the same town....
Does it go by Zipcode?

It should go by municipal boundaries, not zip code. You could try asking here:

This connects you Verizon's social media team, who are often able to give better answers then the front line phone reps.
Good Luck.
