krz, just to clarify this is happening only on one PC behind the router? All other PC's no issue? Brett

@Brett yes this is only on the desktop that is hardwired. The laptop that is hardwired, and the 2 desktops that are wireless and the laptop that is wireless do not have this problem. It hasn't been showing up much for the past couple days but it still does it every once in a while.

 

Could this be a reason why my 20/5 connection is usually getting 16/3 speeds? I use to hit about 21/5 but for the past say 6-8 months I can't get above 16Mbit.

 

 

@dslr595148 I read over the article and that won't help. I'm just behind the actiontec router, nothing else. Their problem was using the westel and a second router.
