I just upgraded to Quantum 50/50. Installed the new router yesterday. Did a couple speed tests and found:
(1) PCs directly connected to router can reach 53/53Mbps. Pretty satisfied.
(2) Mobile devices (iPhone 5S, Windows Laptop) only got less than 20/20Mbps through Wi-Fi if I sit by the router in basement. The speed dropped to only 12/12Mbps if I test it on the 2nd floor.
Is the WiFi speed normal? Any suggestions to improve it?
Thanks.

Changed WEP to WPA2. WiFi speed increase to over 45/45 in basement and first floor. However second floor is still low at less than 20/20 due to weaker signal. It's acceptable though. Will consider adding another router.
