Fios cell reception has sucked in my home for the past nine years but I've dealt with it. Now I have this new quantum router that disconnects me constantly and webpages hardly open. I'm glad I am paying extra for 75 Mb which I've never seen it go above 35 but that's besides the point of webpages not opening! Going to go with cable soon!

Oh you got me on this one. "Fios cell reception " Do you mean wifi?
fios does not use cellular . I would call 1-800-VERIZON and have them send someone out to troubleshoot. I would also recommend you reset the router to factory and then see if that helps. But I would let Verizon do the troubleshooting.
good luck
