I can find the router name, but the area where you would put in the wep password is grayed out so my daughter cannot connect to our wireless router.  Please help, the nagging is killingme, thanks!

#1 Please make sure that you are not using the default SSID. This means at least that you changed it.

#2 And make sure the router is set to use WEP.
