Recent Ping/Latency related issues

Have tried Customer Service twice now, including a few hour waits that I couldn't hang on long enough to make it to a Customer Service representative, so i'll try here to see if I can get some help.

For the last few weeks, at night, my ping starts bouncing around from low 30ms and can jump up to 350ms. Vary noticeable streaming videos or playing online games - unusable most of the time.  Apprecaite any assistance.

You don't say what speed you are paying or provisioned for. Give more information.

internet speeds are shared resources so it's quite possible congestion in your area at nighttime hours is part of the issue.

not knowing what you are provisioned for I have no way of seeing your correct speed numbers. If you are on 50/50 it should be around 63/70 or if on 75/75 it should be about 86/92 and 100/100 should be about 110/125 or their about. Again no one but you knows what speeds you have.

speeds are never 100% at all times.
