I was recently sent an email to my primary email address and was asked to validate it which I did successfully. 6-19
Then on 6/20 My phone service was upgraded to Fiber. Now 6/21 at 8:55 PM EST I got a ROBO call which seemed to be from verizon (the female voice sounded like the one I am used to hearing. ). IT stated that I the email account associated with my phone service has been changed, press 1....I thought about it then the robo voice said 'she' will call back. I did not press 1. I logged into my verizon 2.0 and I see that no changes have been made. My password has not changed also, has anyone else had a similar experience or can you give me any advise?

I hope it really was from verizon, and not some type of slamming/cramming scam. Its apparently easy to spoof a caller ID name.

And even easier to spoof emails and phoney sites.
